Joint Public Hearing with the City Council and Planning Commission, September 12

The City of Adair Village will be holding a Joint Public Hearing with the City Council and Planning Commission on Tuesday, September 12, 2017. The Public Hearing will be in regards to a planned development south of Ryals Ave.  All affected parties have been properly notified.

The Planning Commission will hold a meeting directly following to discuss a recommendation to the City Council.

The Adair Village City Council will meet at 6:00 PM at City Hall. The agenda for the meeting and minutes from the previous meeting are attached.

The Council will meet in Executive Session at approximately 6:30 PM to discuss issues under ORS 192.660 (2):

(h) To consult with counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to current litigation or litigation likely to be filed.
